The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the March Executive Luncheon program Leadership, Engagement, Culture and Performance...Strengthening your Organization” presented by Eric Wise.  The key driver to employee engagement and motivation and how leadership can impact the culture within your organization, both positively and negatively. Additional insights to be shared are:

1.      How leadership communication and employee interaction impacts employee engagement

2.      How a positive relationship between management and employees enhances engagement

3.      How messaging from leadership can set the tone of an organization's culture from the very top all the way to the newest, most entry level employee

Eric Wise has over 10 years’ experience in National Sales in a variety of different industries, including pharmaceuticals with Pfizer and telecommunications with AT&T as a National Account Manager, and Mindport, a telecommunication and cable network company based in the Netherlands. He then became an owner and investment advisor of Northstar Financial, building a client base of close to 200 in less than 2 years, growing revenue by an average of 15% annually. Most recently, Eric is serving as Executive and Entrepreneur for Barrett Business Services, Inc. or BBSI, a Human Resource Management Company that strategically consults with small to medium size businesses and provides administrative services such as payroll, HR and Risk Management.
