Silver Sponsorship Includes:

  • Main hall: 6' skirted table with two chairs in prominent and preferred location
  • Includes TWO full-day conference passes with breakfast & lunch
  • Includes ONE parking pass
  • Recognition: Company name and level of sponsorship from the podium each general session
  • Recognition: Podium time at one afternoon breakout session. A representative from your company can address the general audience with a TWO (2) minute pitch about your company
  • Recognition: Prominent display of company logo in rotational banner at the beginning of each general session
  • Recognition: Company logo hyperlinked on conference web page visible  to site visitors
  • Outreach: Company may provide flyer or promotional item to insert into conference bags for all attendees and exhibitors
  • Outreach: HALF (1/2) page color ad included in attendee program (company provides ad)
  • Outreach: Logo included in attendee program
