MENTAL TOUGHNESS SEPARATES THE GOOD FROM THE GREAT... LEARN TO BE DOMINANT

PRESENTED BY MATT PHILLIPS

If you want to perform at your peak, it all starts with developing a dominant “inner” game and forming the right habits to drive massive results!

Each and every one of us wants to get to the next level.  Along our journey though, we encounter adversity, self-doubt, and fear.  Bottom line, something is holding us back from getting to where we want to go, and it is often us!  In order to break through so we can dominate our lives, it all comes down to the mental game. Attendees will learn the Mental Toughness Training Tools that Matt teaches to professional athletes and business professionals around the world.

Morning Keynote

RIDE THE ROLLER COASTER: THE VALUE OF RISK-TAKING IN LEADERSHIP

PRESENTED BY BROOKE LINVILLE

Even hearing the word “risk” can invoke anxiety for those whose job it is to mitigate it. However, calculated risk-taking can be a superpower in leadership if we learn how to effectively lean into it. Recovering perfectionist – and risk avoider – Brooke Linville takes the audience through her own journey of learning to let go of fear and embrace risk in order to find more fulfillment, better communication, and ultimately, more success. In this talk, HR professionals can expect to be challenged in their own understanding of risk and learn how risk-taking can help them discover new strategies for team building, cohesion, and talent retention.

Luncheon Keynote

FORWARD: The surprising science of success and failure

PRESENTED BY COURTNEY CLARK

When crunch time rolls around, who succeeds and who fails? Research shows the shortcuts we expect to lead to accomplishment are often the very traps that keep us stressed and frustrated. “Forward” is a strategic framework for being successful during changing and challenging times. Audiences will learn the brain science behind techniques that drive real achievement and a winner’s frame of mind. At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Avoid the #1 common mistake that makes you LESS likely to get the outcome you want
  • Recognize the brain science that influences your decision-making in challenging situations
  • Apply the breakthrough psychological concept of “future orientation” to master goal achievement
