The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the November Professional Development and Networking Program " Taking Off the Mask of Perfection " presented by Kimberly Paige. Kimberly draws from her unique experience as the oldest child in a family that sometimes grew to over 14 children, she developed a keen ability to recognize when people were truly being themselves versus when they were putting on a mask to protect themselves or please others. She has carried this skill into her professional life, learning firsthand how removing the mask of perfection can prevent burnout and fatigue in the workplace. Kimberly will take everyone through the “8 Steps to Take Off Your Mask” program, where she will guide and dive into actionable steps to create environments where employees feel safe to share their real strengths and limitations, resulting in a more engaged, resilient, and high-performing teams.
