HRATV's January Professional Development and Networking Program will be an HR Roundtable session focused on elevated collaboration with a "Yes, and" focus. This is a forum to connect, network, and exchange valuable information with other HR peers. The HR Roundtable session will provide an opportunity to share best practices and discuss challenges and opportunities facing HR today. This will be a facilitated discussion and a great place to exchange ideas, stay up-to-date on HR developments, and build relationships with other HR professionals from around the Treasure Valley. Whether you are part of a big HR team or an HR department of one, this discussion will foster a valuable array of insights and perspectives.

MEET THE FACILITATOR

Megan McCaleb is a masterful improv coach, and the creator of Ovation Speaker Experience and Improv Team Culture, with a specialty in coaching leaders and their teams to adopt the simple and effective principle of "Yes, And," the core rule derived from performance improvisation. Megan has been speaking and producing events for over a decade and found a real passion for helping others learn to merge their personal stories with their teachable tools as they expand their reach and increase their credibility through speaking.

She's an award-winning author of her autobiography, "Not My Plan - Sucking it in Until I had to Push it Out," an award-winning comedian, an intentional and ever-improving mother, the host of the "I Hardly Know Her" podcast, and enjoys adventures in her Jeep with her four kids.

All attendees will be entered into a raffle to win a copy of Megan's book!
