MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
In early 2023 we made a few changes to how memberships are renewed and processed and we want to keep you informed.
Annual Memberships
- Auto Renewals: If you enrolled in auto renewal you do not need to take any action to renew your membership but should make sure your credit card information is correct in your Member Profile.
- Manual Renewals: If you did NOT sign up for auto renewal, you can find your renewal date and process your renewal in your Member Profile.
- 2024 Program Pass: You can prepay for the remaining 2024 programs when you register for the February program OR in the Member Store.
- Anniversary Date: We now renew your memberships on your anniversary date rather than January 1st. Check your Member Profile to see when your membership is set to renew.
Monthly Memberships
- Renewals: If you are on a monthly membership, you should also be on auto renewal and no action is needed to renew your membership. Make sure your credit card information is correct in your Member Profile.
- 2024 Program Pass: You can prepay for the 2024 programs in one single payment when you register for the February program OR in the Member Store.
- Annual Conference Registration: Register online to attend here.
