The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the February program, "Psychological Safety: The Driving Force Behind Career and Business Impact," presented by Michael P. McMullan. Though intuitively recognized as significant for years, research now overwhelmingly concludes the need for psychological safety for personal and business impact. Rarely do organizations fail because of poor market recognition or strategic planning. Rather, they fail because they do not make needed changes, and they do not embrace management strategies that maximize employee capability.

Michael McMullan is a partner of BlueEQ™ — a worldwide consulting, coaching, and training company that focuses on emotional intelligence, leadership development, organizational change, and strategy acceleration.

Mr. McMullan has worked as a Senior Partner of the Futures Corporation responsible for curriculum development and leadership training. Additionally, Mr. McMullan is a co-founder and co-author of The National Learning and Resource Center, an on-line library of training materials, tutorials and podcasts designed to improve employee and management performance.
