The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the May program, “Generating Effective Teamwork: The Heart of Organization Success" presented by Tom Hardison.  Teamwork produces the majority of outcomes an organization achieves. Up to 80% of work today is team-based. Teamwork impacts customer experience, product and service quality, employee engagement, financial results and more. Yet the performance of many teams is mediocre, poor or outright dysfunctional.

Tom Hardison is a Team Leadership Coach, Advisor and Speaker based in Boise, Idaho. He partners with executives and professionals to create better results through teams, teaming, and leadership development. He led strategic change initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, business development, sales operations, marketing and supply chain for 28 years at Hewlett Packard, working through cross-functional teams at corporate, business group, and division levels.
