The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the December program, "Employee Wellness Programs: Myths and Realities" presented by Donald Reiman. During this presentation. Mr. Reiman will clearly identify the purpose and goals of a corporate/employee wellness program---what we are trying to achieve and why. Shifting from corporate/employee wellness programs to targeted interventions yields the return on investment and cost containment that employers have sought via corporate/employee wellness programs. Successful corporate/employee wellness programs and targeted interventions integrate science, technology, and behavioral psychology to create lasting behavior change.
Mr. Reiman is a graduate of Boise State University and received the Master’s of Science in Financial Services from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. During his career, he has earned the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant, (ChFC), Behavioral Finanacial Advisor (BFA), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Accredited Pension Representative (APR), Certified Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming, and Master Certification of Nuerolinguistic Programming.
