The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the June program, "Constructive Conversations™" presented by Abbie Louie and Steve Robertson, PhD.  Resolving conflict or delivering difficult feedback can be hard for many of us. Perhaps you worry how the other person will feel, so you deliver an unclear message or avoid the conversation altogether; or perhaps you tend to be more direct, so you deliver a blunt message and the information is not well-received. Regardless, Constructive Conversations™ provides a better way to resolve conflicts, communicate with impact, and strengthen relationships.

In this interactive session, you’ll learn a practical, repeatable framework to engage in these challenging but important conversations with confidence and effectiveness in every part of your professional and personal life. Whether you’re a supervisor giving performance feedback to an employee or talking with a co-worker or partner about something difficult, you owe it to yourself - and the other person - to speak the truth with clarity and in a way that doesn’t damage the relationship.
