Richard Steel, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Scentsy. Richard brings over 20 years of experience in human resources management (including remote and international staff), workforce planning, talent management and employee relations and development. When he’s not busy building and supporting the best professional HR team in the Treasure Valley, this native Idahoan is probably cycling in the great outdoors with his wife, Tanya, flipping pancakes for his four kids (two daughters and two sons), skiing, hiking or travelling, mostly to try new foods.
Victoria Roberts is the Chief People and Culture Officer at Truckstop.com. Victoria brings over 20 years’ experience as a trusted growth adviser for large organizations, specifically focused on preparing teams for transformational change. She has extensive experience leveraging her systems thinking approach to ensure that the organization has the talent, the process, and systems in place to support and sustain any transformation.
Kayce McEwan is the Sr. Director of Global Human Resources at J. R. Simplot Company. She is an experienced Senior Leader in Human Resources skilled in HR Consulting, International Human Resources, Leadership Development, Labor Relations, Compensation, Executive Coaching, Business Partnering, Team Building, Talent Management and Corporate Communications. Kayce possesses a strong business acumen with experience working in manufacturing industry and in corporate environment, with an MBA from Boise State University and is a strategic problem solver, critical thinker, with strengths in helping drive growth platforms in both start-up situations and in established organizations.
John Ashby is a partner in Hawley Troxell’s employment and litigation groups. John represents employers in administrative proceedings and litigation involving claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and fair labor standard practices. He also advises employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws and conducts management training in a variety of employment-related topics. He has represented clients in a broad range of litigation in state and federal courts throughout Idaho and before the Idaho Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
