HRATV is pleased to present "Return-to-Workplace Playbook and Best Practices" presented by Joe Robinson.  This webinar provides a detailed and practical playbook of return-to-workplace best practices. Our speaker, Joe Robinson, Sr. Director of Business Continuity and Crisis Management at Medtronic, a global medical device manufacturer, will walk participants through best practices on how to safely prepare their work facility for returning employees and those currently working onsite. This will include recommendations on facility entry process/building access, face covering, sanitation, social distancing, employee screening and in-person meeting guidelines to name a few.     ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

    Joe Robinson is Sr. Director of Business Continuity and Crisis Management for Medtronic. In this role, Joe is responsible for leading the business continuity programs for Medtronic’s operations, including global supply chain, and ensuring effective crisis management when a disruption occurs. Joe has led Medtronic’s response to COVID-19, including the plan to return employees to office.

    Joe has over 20 years of leadership in the field of crisis management and business continuity and has worked with large-scale organizations to ensure the resilience of their supply chains. He has experience in both the public and private sectors, working with organizations such as Micron Technology, Abbott Laboratories, Navistar and the U.S. Department of Defense.
