The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the March Executive Luncheon and Professional Development program "Leading Through Extraordinary Times" presented by Ronda Conger. No matter the conditions, through the good or bad, you can survive, adapt, and thrive. It's time to discover your superpower and see how you can grow no matter what's happening in the world. Ronda Conger, Vice President of CBH Homes, business owner, and author will share the tips, trips and tools on leading and thriving through extraordinary times.

All attendees will receive a free copy of Ronda Conger's book Leading Through Extraordinary Times.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Some say she was raised by wolves, others claim truckers. No matter what her upbringing, this superwoman has flourished in a male dominated industry for 29 years. As Vice President of CBH Homes, Idaho’s largest homebuilder, Ronda leads the CBH troops daily, and has overseen all areas of the company for the past 18 years.

Her most recent accomplishment that tops Ronda’s list is being named 2021 NAHB Woman of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.

Serving others is important to Ronda. As a business woman, professional speaker, and author, Ronda is on a mission to spread a movement with her four books: Better HumanBetter ThinkingYou Go First and her latest book Leading Through Extraordinary Times.

It’s been rumored her high energy and passion come from shotgunning red bulls daily, but she’ll tell you it comes from her incredibly hot husband, Jim Conger (just ask her) and her two sons.

She thanks the heavens each day for this incredible journey and is so very grateful for the opportunity to serve and love all those that she comes in contact with.

MEETING PARTNERS

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

They are looking for Grocery bags, Fresh fruit/vegetables, oats, cooking oil and other non-perishable food items. As well as a variety of personal hygiene items. In Person Meeting Protocols

We are looking forward to seeing everyone in person. We wanted to make everyone aware of the safety protocols that will be in place at the Galaxy so you can make an informed decision if you want to attend. The Galaxy has hand sanitizing stations though out the facility and has stringent cleaning protocols in place. The Galaxy will have masked servers for us to utilize at the buffet line. We are also limiting the amount of people per table to 8. Feel free to wear a mask if that is your preference,  however, we will not require masks at our meeting.
