The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the November Professional Development and Networking Program "Listening for the Workplace" presented by Christa Sandidge. Are you truly listening or just hearing? How does listening vs hearing affect and impact workplace communication and collaboration?  What opportunities do we miss when we don’t have the behaviors and/or skills of an active listener? Listening in the Workplace is an interactive session that identifies listening behaviors and incorporates strategic listening skills.  This is a practical, hands-on session that will increase your skills as an active listener.

If you listen well and ask questions, you will gain insight and connection that will lead you to greater success.

TOY DRIVE!!! We are excited to partner with Freedom Youth Foundation this year to provide donated toys to foster youth in the Treasure Valley.  We are accepting unwrapped toy donations (ages 5-18) at our 11/16/2023 Development Event at Galaxy.  There is, of course, an additional opportunity for donations at our 11/30/23 Member Networking Event if you are unable to attend our Development Event.  Help us bring joy and a sense of belonging to those who need it most.
