The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the November Professional Development and Networking Program "Listening for the Workplace" presented by Christa Sandidge. Listening in the Workplace is an interactive session that identifies listening behaviors and incorporates strategic listening skills.  This is a practical, hands-on session that will increase your skills as an active listener.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Dr. Christa Sandidge is the Director of the Center for Professional Development at Northwest Nazarene University (NNU); in addition, she is an Assistant Professor in the area of Leadership and Professional Studies. Christa holds a B.A. in Elementary Education, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Ed.D in Leadership and Professional Practice. Her primary areas of focus and expertise include leadership development, team development, online course development, and online teaching. She is strongly committed to improving leaders, teams, and educators through professional and leadership development.
