The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the August Professional Development and Networking Program "What is Your HR Leadership Legacy?" presented by Jodi Wellman. What is Your HR Leadership Legacy is an inspirational, action-oriented workshop that will give you the courage and know-how to show up as the kind of HR leader/professional whose impact resonates and influences even after you’re out of the picture. You’ll get strategic about your values, personal brand, and long-term vision that will outlast you when you have moved on from the business (because of a promotion, merger/ acquisition, retirement, or other exit). You’ll also learn strategies to inspire the leaders around you to be more deliberate and impactful with their leadership footprints. 

In this interactive workshop rooted in the science of positive psychology, we’ll use your mortality as a motivator to live AND lead with intention. We’ll get you zeroing in on the fact that you won’t live forever—or be a leader in your organization forever—and we’ll use that crucial awareness as the spark plugs to start living and leading even more successfully.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Jodi Wellman is a speaker, executive coach, and facilitator on well-being and living lives worth living. With 25 years of corporate leadership experience, Jodi has led private CEO advisory boards and helps executives, teams, and high performers work well and live even better. 

Jodi has a Master’s of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she is also an Assistant Instructor and a trainer in the Penn Resilience Program. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and an ICF Professional Certified Coach. She infuses positive psychology into all of her work...helping clients live squander-free lives while they’re lucky enough to still be above ground.
