The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the April Professional Development webinar program "Workforce Planning 101: Right People - Right Seats - Right Time" presented by Stacee Pedersen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CM-Lean. HR’s role is to deliver the talent necessary to help the business meet its objectives. Stacee Pedersen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CM-Lean, shares her years of experience implementing workforce planning across multiple industries. In this presentation, she offers practical advice and tools to demystify the workforce planning process and shares how to break down barriers to effectively implement the process in your company. Stacee will provide concrete recommendations that can help transform your current talent challenges into valuable opportunities to help your company meet its current and future talent needs. 

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Stacee Pedersen is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience leading organizations through growth, helping employees adapt to change, and managing all aspects of Human Resources and Safety. Experience includes business strategy, operational excellence, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training, safety/environmental, and federal and state regulatory compliance. 

Stacee earned her MBA from the University of Utah, completed her undergraduate degree in HR at Weber State University, and holds both a SHRM-SCP and SPHR certification. Stacee loves competitive sports and finds joy with family at ball games – cheering on her kids’ teams. She enjoys playing piano, reading books on leadership and living a life filled with purpose.
