The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the February Professional Development and Networking Program "First, AID Yourself: Exercising Influence in a Changing World" presented by Michelle Choate. In this humorous and inspiring program learn “First AID.” This is not a band-aide-it’s a way to improve self-leadership and maximize influence in complex environments. With a simple step-by-step framework using emotional self-awareness and expanding emotional intelligence you will learn how to take back your own power, empower your people, and create a healthy change-ABLE culture.

Michelle Choate is a speaker, leadership coach, executive team coach, and organization development consultant with 25 years of real-world experience in organizational culture, individual, and leadership development.
