The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the August Professional Development and Networking Program"Optimizing HR: Practical Strategies to Better Serve Your People" presented by Megan Renaldo. An engaging one-hour workshop designed to empower you with tools and strategies to better serve their organization's people. In this workshop, you will learn (and practice!) practical tools that can be immediately implemented to improve HR operations and create a more people-centric HR.

Not an HR professional? Don’t worry, this workshop is for you too! The tools and concepts you will learn can be applied by all people looking to better serve the needs of their customers!

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Megan Renaldo is the Owner and Principal Consultant for Renaldo & Co. Performance Consulting, where she gets to live out her passion for achieving high performance by helping organizations do the same. She specializes in solving complex organizational performance issues, leading strategic planning and change management initiatives, and developing leaders. Before starting her own consulting business, Megan was an internal consultant for the City of Boise, spent time as an executive leader in retail operations, and worked in HR for large, for-profit organizations. Megan has a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning with an emphasis in Workplace Performance Improvement from Boise State University and played soccer for the Broncos back in the day. When she isn’t working, she’s usually biking around Boise or exploring the Idaho wilderness with her husband, daughter, and two black labs.

The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.


This program has been approved for 1 (HR (General)) recertification credit hour toward aPHRTM, aPHRiTM, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRiTM and SPHRiTM recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
