The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the November Professional Development and Networking Program "When Horses Fly: The Art and Science of Accomplishing Big Goals and Collecting the Humans you Need to Succeed" presented by Sarah Cortez. "When Horses Fly" is a powerful, motivational and interactive keynote presentation that unveils the essential 3-step process for accomplishing big goals. Attendees actively: 

  • Implement a scientifically proven tactic to increase goal achievement by 42% 
  • Practice the ART of achievement 
  • Connect with 5 types of HUMANs needed to succeed 

Armed with actionable tactics, participants leave with new HUMAN connections, feeling motivated ready to achieve greatness together! WHEN HORSES FLY!

TOY DRIVE!!! We are excited to partner with Freedom Youth Foundation this year to provide donated toys to foster youth in the Treasure Valley.  We are accepting unwrapped toy donations (ages 5-18) at our 11/21/2024 Development Event at the Galaxy Event Center.  Help us bring joy and a sense of belonging to those who need it most.


ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Meet Sarah Cortez, the "GOALDEN GIRL," a National award-winning sales professional and PILOT with a remarkable journey. Moving an incredible 34 times before 5th grade, she developed adaptability and resilience at a young age.

With over 20 years of sales and management experience, Sarah's expertise shines through her training company, established in 2018.

As a sought-after speaker and trainer, Sarah captivates audiences across the United States at national conferences, sales kick-offs, and company retreats. Her ability to inspire and motivate stems from her relentless tenacity in accomplishing her own GOALS.

Beyond her sales career, Sarah's passion for flying drives her to pursue her dream of becoming a commercial pilot. Her journey exemplifies the power of self-belief, action, and surrounding oneself with remarkable HUMANs.

The "GOALDEN GIRL" has formulated a winning approach to help others achieve greatness in their lives. She loves nothing more than helping others accomplish their BIG GOALS.
