The importance of talent management to organizational success cannot be overstated, especially as critical talent becomes more and more scarce.

While many organizations know that effective talent management is paramount to business success, few have strategies and operational programs in place to identify, recruit, develop, deploy and retain the best talent beyond the cursory, annual 9-box talent review.

This 2.5-hour workshop is designed to provide best practices, tools, insights and peer discussion to support senior HR practitioners looking to stand up or enhance their organization’s integrated talent management function while enabling leaders within their company to be people developers.

The content is applicable for HR Department’s of 1 to larger HR teams looking to enhance their knowledge and stay ahead in the ever-evolving field of talent management while helping their organizations grow and retain people.

The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP
® or SHRM-SCP®.
