We're excited to announce our upcoming HRATV Program Panel Discussion — a conversation you won't want to miss if total rewards is on your radar this year. Join us as a group of experienced total rewards practitioners come together to explore one of HR's most strategically important areas: how organizations attract, retain, and engage talent through the full spectrum of rewards — not just a paycheck.
Here's a preview of what our panelists will be covering:
Compensation Strategy
How are organizations rethinking pay structures in response to market pressures, pay transparency legislation, and shifting employee expectations? Our panelists will discuss how to build comp philosophies that are both competitive and equitable.
Benefits & Wellness
From mental health support to flexible work arrangements, benefits packages have evolved well beyond the basics. Panelists will share how leading organizations are designing benefits that actually meet employees where they are.
Recognition & Culture
Why do formal and informal recognition programs matter more than ever — and how can recognition reinforce values, strengthen culture, and drive retention without a big budget? We'll dig in.
Soft Benefits
Sometimes the most meaningful perks aren't on the benefits summary at all. Panelists will explore the growing role of soft benefits — flexibility, autonomy, learning opportunities, and purpose — in shaping the overall employee experience.
Total rewards is no longer just a compensation conversation. It's a strategic tool for building the kind of workplace people choose to stay in — and this panel will give you practical perspectives to bring back to your organization.
We hope to see you there!
