The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present its 2027 Annual Conference, "SHIFT HAPPENS: Leading Through What’s Next ." The workplace isn't waiting for HR to catch up. Technology is evolving. Employee expectations are changing. Organizations are rethinking how work gets done. Leaders are navigating new workforce challenges. AI is reshaping jobs and processes. Talent strategies are shifting. Compliance continues to evolve. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, HR is being asked to help organizations make sense of what's next. This year's theme recognizes that change is no longer an occasional workplace event. It is the environment in which organizations operate. 

We will have the six treks available, like last year, for those looking to focus their learning. They include HR Leadership & Strategy, HR of One, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition & Management, Public Sector, and AI & Technology. Agenda will be posted as we secure our speakers.
