The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the March Professional Development and Networking Program with Tracy Hitchcock. HR professionals are asked to do a lot — support employees and stakeholders, ensure compliance across the organization, and build a culture people genuinely want to be part of — often with limited resources and even less time.
This session is a bold call to reimagine what HR leadership looks like in a world hungry for connection, purpose, and belonging, even when you’re buried in the day-to-day realities of the job. Our speaker, Tracy Hitchcock, has seen the employee journey through many lenses: from multi-billion-dollar companies to nonprofits to small businesses. As COO at Stoltz Marketing, HR is one of many hats she wears which means she understands the pressure of balancing strategy with execution.
Through real stories and grounded business insights, she’ll share how lived values shape culture, strengthen retention, and drive measurable engagement without adding more to your plate. Attendees will leave with practical ways to lead with conviction, influence stakeholders, and create impact, even as a team of one.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER
Tracy Hitchcock, COO - Stoltz Marketing Group. Tracy is a global executive, passionate leader, and lifelong advocate for women in business. With over 25 years of experience spanning food science, product innovation, nonprofit leadership, and business strategy, she thrives on building empowered organizational cultures and driving work that matters.
As an Idahoan for over 45 years, her career began in food science with a B.S. in Biology from Boise State University, leading to 17 years at J.R. Simplot Company–one of world’s largest, privately-held agribusiness firms–where she worked across product innovation, operations, and marketing–collaborating with global brands and leading high-performing teams in the US and Asia. Drawn to mission-driven leadership, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector as CEO of Create Common Good, where she led initiatives supporting individuals overcoming barriers to employment such as cultural barriers for refugees, the impact of domestic violence, lack of housing, and felony status.
In 2019, Tracy transitioned to Stoltz Marketing Group, where she now serves as Chief Operating Officer, blending her expertise in business, strategy, and storytelling to help.
